While we offer a wide range of themes you can choose from, we are also open to you bringing your own decorations and helping you with the setup.

- Use of our beautiful black baby grand piano
- Sound system with microphone and auxiliary connection
- 60″ TV with DVD player
- Large elegant bridal suite with private bathroom
- Grooms room with private bathroom
- Cake table with linen, décor and cake knife server you can choose from
- Sign-in table at entrance for guests with linen and décor
- Beautiful large granite dessert bar with décor and tiered dishes for your use
- There is a non-refundable deposit of $500
- Cleaning fee of $300

Additional Options
- Ceremony Only ($1200) Includes 1 hour rehearsal and 1 hour on the day of event ($200 per additional hour)
- Ceremony with reception package ($500) Up to 90 people.($600 for ceremonies over 100 people)
- Additional ceremony hours ($200 per)
- Extra time to setup (adding your own items), get ready or do pictures ($25 per hour)
- Additional round tables with linens, centerpieces and chairs ($75 per table)
- If clients provide centerpieces, discount available ($100 off total)
- backdrops included in the package are rustic stick arbor, old book backdrop, rustic doors or metal arch with gates. Additional backdrops available for additonal charge. Clients may bring in other decor they would like.
- Client is responsible for all platic or glass dishes, utensils, and cups for food and dessert service. Client is also responsible for ice. Freezer Space is available.
- Alcohol fee is $200 for a licensed bartender and a $200 deep cleaning fee. Alcohol contract must be signed.
